SK Design Studios was born out of the desire to create a unique and beautiful Baby Shower Invitation and Birth Announcement for my sister. I was studying Fine Art and Photography at The School of Visual Arts in NYC at the time, so I was feeling extra creative. As the children grew up I expanded into personal stationery by creating a special character for each child. This hand drawn character was theirs to keep. Stationery, T-shirts, Tote Bags and Blankets were adorned with this special character. Gifts were unique to each child, true one of a kind pieces of usable art.
SK Design Studios now hand paints glass (Wine/Pint/Whiskey Glasses and Christmas Ornaments). Four glasses to a set hand painted with designs of your choosing. Many clients request paintings of their pets or homes.
